Golf
Lana Golf Club is surrounded by orchards and offers superb panoramic views and a unique landscape. The flat course makes it ideal for all age groups and levels of experience.The new “Blue Monster” golf course was opened in Eppan in summer 2015. The large number of water hazards on this course on the one hand represent a challenge for all golfers while on the other provide a tonic for the local scenery and ecology. The fantastic views of the South Tyrolean mountains and the sea of apple trees make the course a joy for players.

Rafting
Explore the valley of the River Etsch with a “river boating” trip on Italy’s second-longest river. The journey from Burgstall to Sigmundskron takes approximately three hours and is sure to provide fun and entertainment.Rafting in the Passeier Valley offers exciting descents of rapids ranging in difficulty from medium to high in special inflatable boats steered by experienced guides from the Italian rafting association. A unique adventure for young and old alike!

Riding

Terlan high ropes course
A visit to one of South Tyrol’s high ropes courses brings excitement to your everyday life on an overhead obstacle course anchored between the trees, up to 20 metres off the ground. There are steel cables, suspension bridges, wooden pipes, platforms and other points of varying degrees of difficulty, and a certain amount of courage is needed to complete the course! The largest and safest high ropes course in South Tyrol is located in Kaltern, with another one in Terlan.
